The place looked nothing like the photos. It hadn't been cleaned properly when we arrived, and the shower was filthy. We stayed for almost three months, but they never fixed it. We kept having to wash and dry the towels we used to mop up the floor, and the blankets clearly hadn't been washed either. The list of problems just goes on.

We had a good stay in a large, clean apartment, and the welcome was very warm. But I broke my finger there, and Wallis appartement refused to take responsibility. They stopped replying to my emails and wouldn't put me through to their boss on the phone. They weren't very friendly or understanding.

The location is the best part, right beside Timing Market, the city center, a metro station, the rail station, and bus stations. The apartments are spacious, modern, clean, and fully equipped.

Clean apartments, a great spot, and a good price.

Apartment number 3 needs refurbishment. It's dirty everywhere, and the customer service is poor.
