The apartment itself is lovely, and though the area is a little secluded, buses and trams connect it very well. It's a shame the management was so poor. The online pictures didn't match what we found at all, and the place badly needs a major renovation and a thorough clean. We're not fussy people, either.
The whole house smelled damp, and everything was filthy, especially the bathroom. We pulled the sheets off because they were dirty and found one with a blood stain. Both sides of the mattresses were stained, and they were awful to sleep on, either so sunken you sank into them or hard as a rock. There was a cockroach on the forks when we arrived, and opening the dishwasher released a horrible smell. I expected something a little rough for the price, but not this level of unhygienic. Honestly, the worst place we've ever stayed.
The worst accommodation I've stayed in. Bad smell and poor hygiene.
The location is central, and the staff are really friendly.
