Westlight Lisboa Madalena

It's centrally located near restaurants and cafés, but the bathroom was cold, there were ants in the room, and the TV had no internet connection. Breakfast was dull and the choices were poor. The minibar stayed warm and never cooled down. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel, just an okay place that needs some upgrades.

I never ended up staying at the hotel, but the team left a lasting impression through their kindness and professionalism. A family emergency forced me to cancel at the last minute, and I couldn't redirect a package I'd arranged to have sent there for my arrival. They were understanding and agreed to receive it, then kept it for nearly a month until someone could collect it. Every interaction with staff was warm, reassuring, and helpful. That level of care and flexibility meant a lot during an already difficult time. Please pass my thanks on to everyone involved. I'll absolutely recommend the hotel, and I hope to stay there in the future under happier circumstances.

Breakfast at the Copenhagen Coffee Lab was a lovely start to the day, with plenty of choice and really good homemade bread and pastries. The staff were very nice and helpful too. Our first room, on the 2nd floor, was quite noisy. Once we asked to move, things were much better. Thanks for sorting that out.
