The metro is right at the doorstep, which made getting around really easy, and the location works well for business or leisure. It’s a nice three-star hotel that honestly deserves four. The property feels either brand new or very well maintained, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone on staff was welcoming and ready to help. The walls are a little thin, so you can hear sounds between rooms. That’s common in a lot of European hotels and wasn’t a big issue for us. Excellent value for money.

The beds really let this place down. They were worn out and uncomfortably firm, which affected the stay a lot since a good bed is the main reason I book a hotel. The decor is lovely, the hotel is beautiful, and the location is great. Everything else was excellent.

We spent seven nights at the White Hotel Lisboa, and it was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient spot. Everyone we met on staff was pleasant and professional. Rifat and Patricia deserve a special mention for always being kind and helpful, with a smile. The area is quiet but still has the city amenities, and it’s away from the crush of tourists. If that’s the sort of neighborhood you’re looking for, this place suits it well.

The rooms were modern and spotless, and the hotel is really convenient for getting around Lisboa. The rooftop pool isn’t heated, though, and breakfast wasn’t great.

The room was comfortable and the location was good, but I could hear carpentry work going on upstairs early in the morning. It wasn’t a pleasant way to wake up, and no one mentioned it when I checked in. I also asked for some soy milk for my coffee and was told it would cost €20, even though I wasn’t having breakfast. Customer service wasn’t great, and I won’t be back.
