Wine & Books Lisboa Hotel

Fernando deserves a special mention for his excellent help and local tips, which added a lot to my visit. Each interaction with the staff showed how much care they put into their service. The hotel has a modern design and great amenities that make it welcoming. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty to choose from, and the restaurant team were attentive and courteous. It is well placed for nearby landmarks and public transport. Thanks for a lovely stay. I hope to come back.

From Solange on the cleaning team to Fernando at reception and everyone in the restaurant, the welcome was wonderful. The hotel really felt like home, and the experience was amazing. In Belém, Lisbon, it's a warm, elegant, unforgettable place to stay.

We only had one night at Wine & Books in Lisbon at the end of our trip, and immediately wished we'd booked longer. The neighborhood has lovely views and is near restaurants, shops, and other amenities. Both the room and hotel were very clean and thoughtfully designed. Staff let us pre-check our bags early so we could go sightseeing. We slept well in the big bed, liked the room lighting, and thought the bathroom looked stunning. Dinner and breakfast at Tasca da Memória were both solid. The spa massage was relaxing, and we followed it with the Turkish bath, sauna, and contrast shower. Two small drawbacks: the rainfall shower was hard to use without splashing water everywhere, and the room could use more counter or desk space, perhaps a console table or media bench under the TV. We were very impressed with the stay.

The welcome and kindness of the people here really make the place. If Mariana or Antonio is at reception, you're in for a treat. They're both wonderful and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot, beautifully furnished, and has comfortable beds and plenty of supplies. For the price, it's amazing!
