Oporto Fly Hotel

After a long flight, I slept really well in an amazing room. I even fit in a workout before a fantastic breakfast, then headed to a meeting in downtown Porto. Check-in was smooth, too, thanks to the staff. I’ll definitely be back!

After our flight was cancelled, we booked two rooms at the last minute. They picked us up 15 minutes after we booked, and it was a great place to regroup. The check-in desk, bar, restaurant and pool were across the street at the sister hotel, but that was no problem. Our rooms were new and well laid out, with great beds and pillows. They were quiet, so we got a pleasant night of rest. All the staff were wonderful.

My trip was delayed badly into the night, and I wasn’t able to get to the hotel. I asked for free cancellation, even though I’d only booked an hour earlier, but they refused. There was no flexibility, and the person on the phone was really unfriendly.

My flight was cancelled, leaving me unexpectedly in Porto for the night, and Oporto Fly Hotel turned a stressful situation into a calm, comfortable stay. The quiet room, super comfortable bed and blackout curtains were especially welcome after a long day. The Wi-Fi, minibar and soundproofing all worked perfectly, and it felt more like a peaceful boutique hotel than an airport stopover, despite being so close to the airport. Really recommend.
