We had a lovely stay, and the calm setting made it easy to get into the city. My daughter and I came for her 16th birthday, and we both liked the decor and atmosphere. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and the service was great. We enjoyed the restaurant food and the spa treatment, though the spa choices were limited and there wasn't much equipment in the fitness room. One thing caught us off guard: even with half board, water and soft drinks cost extra. We'd definitely come back.

It's clean and decent, with an attempt at a modern look, but the website makes it seem like more than it is. I was told at reception that using the spa would cost 12 Euros for the day. At the spa, they said there was no sauna and the steam room wasn't working, so the indoor pool was all that was available. For what you get, it didn't feel worth the money if you expect a four-star stay. Three stars with four-star expectations, I guess 😅

The gym is basically a closet with one machine, and that machine doesn't work. At the spa, you have to pay to use a tiny sauna area with a pool you can't swim in and a Hamam. They don't provide lockers for hotel clients. The decoration is cool, at least.

Dinner was the standout, really superb. Breakfast was very good too, with homemade quiche and cakes alongside the usual spread. The hotel itself has striking black interiors that felt soothing, though the area right around it isn't great. The beach is only a short drive away. My room was on level 1, rather dark, and the door opened onto a communal area, which I didn't like. The upper-floor balconies seem more secure.

Breakfast was a disaster. The cooked eggs were cold, which seemed unsafe, and the orange juice was granulated. There wasn't any service staff in the breakfast area. The cleaning team, though, was excellent. The hotel is in a peaceful area.
