This is a cosy, clean, well-kept hotel with cabin vibes in Manteigas. The restaurant is fantastic, and worth coming back to for different dishes. The front desk staff, though, came across as cold and impatient. That felt odd since we were the only guests on our first night and were keen to chat about local recommendations.

We had a great stay and would recommend the place. The staff were friendly and professional. The wifi connection was poor at first, but they promptly moved us to another room and fixed the problem. Thank you!

The place feels really cosy, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good, and the view across Manteigas is lovely and clear. They have rooms to suit different group sizes. I highly recommend it.

We spent three nights here during our Estrella hiking trip with S Capes. Our room, 107, had a balcony, and the pool area was good, with swim towels provided. Breakfast was varied and good. It’s a family-run Hotel, and the two brothers we spoke with were extremely helpful. All the staff were great.

Comfortable rooms, good food, and a very convenient location, with five-star service throughout. The hotel deserves five stars, and it was a five-star stay. Thank you, Hotel Berne 🤩
