After a long trip, we arrived at the hotel to find one bed’s sheet a little dirty. More concerning, there were three of us, but the room had just one large towel, and it was dirty and wet, plus two small towels. I was traveling with my family and my 6-year-old daughter, so I felt very disappointed. I expected the basics, especially since the price wasn’t cheap. Cleanliness and health shouldn’t be something you can put a price on. I feel really sad about choosing this place, and I’ll send the details to Booking to help protect other travelers.

Really enjoyed my stay. It was simple, clean, well located, and well priced, with excellent service. If you have breakfast there, the range of choices might surprise you. It’s not a 5-star hotel, so don’t expect anything fancy, but it was great for me. I slept in room 112. It was quiet, and I could make it as dark as I wanted. I slept very, very well!

I stayed in Mirandela for about a week and everything else was fine. I think the breakfasts could have been better, though, so I started skipping them later in my stay.

Good value and a great location. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, breakfast was nice, and the bar had a good selection.
