The house and pool were perfect, and we loved chatting with our neighbors while the beautiful church bells rang. The hosts were wonderfully attentive. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

The house and garden are fantastic, nicely decorated, and have everything. You can grill, swim in the pool, relax on the lawn or sleep in the hammock. The Nordeste area (“Nodshde”) has so much to discover: Miradouros, viewpoints, hidden paths, villages, the sea and nature. There’s enough to explore for ten weeks. It’s a perfect place for anyone looking for quiet. No noise, no other guests, no disco. There’s a small shop across the street run by an 82 year old man, who even has a bar in the back room. About 50 meter down the street, there’s a sports club with a small bar. That’s enough excitement for us. Good thing there’s not more. The host was charming and helpful with all our many questions. The church bell will remind you at seven in the morning that you’re here on holiday, not to sleep in.

The bedrooms are spacious, and the house is beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of outdoor space and a very nice swimming pool. The kitchen could be better equipped, and the bedrooms could use air conditioning.
