We stayed for a few nights and absolutely loved it. The host was thoughtful and attentive, leaving flowers and sparkling wine, and arranging the towels to spell love on the bed because he knew we were celebrating our anniversary. We also loved the decor and style, especially being right by the castle walls. Such a wonderful place.

I’ve never stayed anywhere so clean and organized, and it looked just like the photos. Well done.

Casa Mourisca was a lovely experience, and we’d definitely come back. It’s an old workshop turned into an apartment, with all the original features kept. Even the front door lock makes you feel like you’ve gone back to medieval times. The location is excellent, right by Vila Natal and about 100 m from the main street. Café Nata Lisboa is part of the property, and everything is very well looked after. The Recordações de Óbidos shop is just around the corner and worth a visit. Thanks to Marcelo, a five-star host!

Huge place, right in the center, with a nice pool. Excellent for big families.

The house is close to the Porta Talhada gate, with spectacular views across the walled enclosure.
