The outdoor space was a highlight, whether we were relaxing beside the pool or taking a walk along the complex's many paths. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable, with five en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, shared living areas, and even a cinema room. A roomy, private villa that made for a superb holiday.

The villa and pool were brilliant, and there was a pool table too. It’s a secure, gated development, with hardly anyone around. The 2008 crash sent the development into receivership, so only 5-6 of its 70+ villas were built. If you’re after a quiet spot, this is a lovely place.

A peaceful holiday spot close to nature. Really lovely.

We had a great week here with 10 people. There was lots of room outdoors and the furnishings inside were new. The property is in a gated residential area, around an hour's drive from Lisbon. We'd happily come back anytime.

There’s plenty of room for 10 in this very large villa, but a musty smell inside takes away from it. It’s also a shame the place looks a little deserted.
