Our family had a lovely stay, and Joana was the reason we returned for a second visit. She's wonderful and inclusive, and made our children feel so special and excited. Thank you, JOANA!

The employees were all great. We felt a strong empathy from them and came to love this place. Domesticated animals are around, which added to a wonderful, restful experience. It's a peaceful resort for stepping away from stress and connecting with nature. There's also a nearby stable offering excellent equestrian experiences.

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and everything was clean. I love animals, so feeding the chickens and pigs our leftovers was a real highlight. The pool looks inviting, and I think young kids would have a great time here. We visited a nearby beach by car, and the huge waves were spectacular. We also stopped at a small coffee place for coffee and cake, just €2 for two coffees and two slices of cake. We had a lovely time, and I think this would be a fabulous place in warmer weather, especially in spring or summer. There wasn't much to do while we were there, though perhaps that was the time of year. There's no air conditioning, so I'm not sure how it is in summer. We used the radiators for heat and they were fine. A few easy improvements would make a difference: a fresh cleaning sponge, undiluted cleaning detergent, coffee, salt, and sugar. The laundry service is €10 a bag, which seems reasonable.

In just three days my sister and I tried several new things and had so much fun. Great teachers helped us surf and ride horses for the first time, and we trekked part of rota vincentina for breathtaking views. The yoga studio is beautiful and quiet, with peaceful nature sounds all around. Antonio made the classes relaxing while still giving us a nice challenge, a great balance. The facilities were lovely, always clean, and had everything we could need. The food was fresh and delicious too. I highly recommend staying with Antonio. It was an amazing experience.
