Our stay was impeccable, and I couldn’t have asked for better. Hotel Termas showed outstanding hospitality. Pedro, the staff member who looked after us throughout our stay, was the driving force behind this wonderful experience.

The room was good, the facilities were clean, and the staff were reasonably friendly. The pool was good too. But the internet was terrible, almost nonexistent. The hotel made a false claim about it, so I had to use my mobile data to get online.

Great spot, and the place was clean. The staff were friendly too.

The lift broke down several times, and the TV wasn't good. At breakfast, coffee costs extra. The outlets by the beds only work when the lights are on, so using them means leaving the light on or unscrewing a bulb. I wouldn't recommend it.
