The rooms are very clean, and the price seems fair for what you get. Still, don't expect anything special. You can hear almost everything through the walls, and the beds make noise when you move.

The room has limited space, but that helps keep the price appealing. It had the essentials and was very clean, and it met my expectations. Still, the moment we arrived we were told, “Shhh! Watch the noise!” You really can hear everything. There was nothing nearby at night, and I couldn't even find a café within walking distance.

The big plus is how close it is to Peniche and the beaches, just a few minutes away by car. The town itself is pleasant, very quiet, friendly, and has a pretty little church. Our double room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was good value for money. It was more functional than attractive, and the bathroom was shared. The hostel was almost empty when we stayed, so we had the bathroom to ourselves. Having to leave the room and walk down the hall to use it was the only inconvenience for us over two nights. I'm not sure how it would feel in peak season when all the rooms are booked.
