That free breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit, espresso, cakes, pastel de NATA, cereal, cheese, breads, jams, juices, and plenty more. The hotel itself was fun, nicely decorated, and well maintained. Our room for two was clean overall, with crisp white sheets, fluffy pillows, and a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom was clean too, though it could use a deep clean and a few replacements. Also, things in the room, like the hooks, felt a bit wobbly.

Ana and Phillipa gave us such friendly, fantastic service. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Getting into town for dinner or wine tasting takes a little planning, since a cab costs €5, but the rooms are inexpensive, so we still found it better value than staying in town. From outside the place looks a bit sketchy, though it’s much nicer once you’re in. I wish the rooms had sheers instead of only heavy curtains.

We had to leave early, and the staff kindly prepared a full, lovely breakfast for us. They were very nice and helpful throughout. The rooms matched the photos on accommodation sites, were comfortable and well presented, and ours had a small river view. Excellent breakfast and great value in a handy spot for exploring the local area.

The breakfast included with the stay was superb, and the location near town and the river is great. The room was nicely furnished and part of a large residential unit. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Great value for money, highly recommend.
