Self check-in was easy, with access through a simple web page, and parking right beside the accommodation was very convenient. The location worked well too: a supermarket and several bakeries are nearby, and it's an easy walk to the city center. The apartment has three bedrooms, a big living room with a kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was very spacious, with plenty of towels, blankets, and radiators. The gas heating system is separate from the apartment and well ventilated, which felt safe and comfortable. Carlos was extremely helpful and provided airport transfers, including at very late and early times, around midnight and 5:00 a.m. I highly recommend this place.

We could walk to everything from this clean, beautiful, spacious apartment: a full grocery store, restaurants, and shops. There was lots of parking outside, and we rented a car for two days to see the whole island. The location was excellent. Thanks to Carlos, our host, whom I had the pleasure of meeting. He's great and easy to deal with. I'd happily stay here again, and you'll enjoy it too.

We were jet-lagged after an early flight, and Carlos let us into the apartment three hours ahead of time. We really appreciated how flexible and hospitable he was. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and it was close to lots of great places to visit and eat. We loved our stay in Ponta Delgada. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to be in the city while staying somewhere quiet.

Street parking is very limited, so the underground parking was a big plus. The apartment was a great space with everything we needed, and it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Carlos was always available for questions. The historic district and waterfront are within walking distance.

In Ponta Delgada, Carlos place is a lovely option. It's clean, spacious, well located, and has all the amenities you need for a great stay. You can walk to the center, and the highway is close for getting around the rest of the island. Carlos was accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying at Carlos place, you'll love it.
