Breakfast was fine, and the kitchen is available all day. The house uses self check-in, which worked well because the instructions were clear. It's a very nice place, conveniently located near the airport and other tourist spots around the island.
8/10
The place is beautiful and comfortable, close to the airport, and checking in and out was easy. Planes make it a bit noisy. Breakfast was mediocre, and you have to wash your own dishes afterward.
10/10
The house is clean and has everything advertised, with free parking spaces nearby. Henrique is helpful with advice and available if you need him, though you won't otherwise see him around. It's close to both the airport and Ponta Delgada town, and the price is great for the location. The low-price setup means you wash your dishes after breakfast.

Sorry this review is late. We had a really nice stay, and the host was kind and genuinely hospitable. I recommend it.

Very friendly staff, a great location, and excellent value for money.
