The host was very polite, and the location was great. But the apartment was really uncomfortable because there wasn't enough light. It also wasn't very clean, and the bathroom smelled bad. There was no shampoo for showering, and the hand soap was so watered down there wasn't enough to wash with. We were four people, but there were only two rolls of toilet paper.

The terrace was a lovely spot to sit in the sun with a local beer, and the apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. It was clean, modern and right in the center, close to the main monuments, churches and restaurants in Ponta Delgada, with free parking not far away on rua do Perú. Even though we arrived late, Pedro took time to show us around the apartment and explain things we could do on the island. We drove around Sao Miguel, and based on what we saw, this is a great place to stay while exploring. We'd definitely come back. Thanks again, Pedro!

Pedro was kind, and the place was clean and tidy. The location was good too.
2/10
Don't expect a reply if something goes wrong. This host seemed unprofessional to me and only interested in the money. I'd avoid booking here. It's a shame there's no zero-star option, because I don't think he deserves any stars.
2/10
The communication was terrible. If there's a problem, this host will just ignore your requests, so I wouldn't trust them.
