Inlima Hotel e Spa

The suite had a beautiful view, and the atmosphere was quiet, not busy. Breakfast was nice, though it wasn't brought to our room as promised. I'd arranged a romantic package as a surprise for my husband, and the confirmation email said everything would be ready, including breakfast in the room. But when we arrived, nobody explained anything and none of it had been prepared. We went out briefly to the villa to get champagne, and while we were away an employee realized that our requests hadn't been arranged. By the time the room was finally prepared, my husband had noticed my confusion and disappointment, so the surprise was already spoiled. I'd also asked specifically for a chocolate cake, but we got a completely different one. Even with all these problems, we were charged an extra €40. The setting had potential, but the disorganization and lack of attention to detail spoiled what was meant to be a special experience.

Our clients were very happy with their stay at this hotel. We work as a travel agency, Tour4Friends, and found the location hard to beat, close to the Camino and the town's main sights. The hospitality was warm, the rooms spotless, and the surroundings very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and had plenty of local flavors.

The room looked out over the river, and the setting was really peaceful and lovely. The hotel is only a few metres from the Lima river and Ponte de Nossa Senhora de Guia. Staff were very good, and breakfast was good too.

We found a huge free parking area around the hotel, with the entrance on the left, and it was easy to get a space. The location worked well too, about a three-minute walk from the main promenade and nearby sights. Our room was spacious, with a big balcony overlooking the church and part of the river. It had a safe and a small fridge, though a kettle would have been handy. The receptionists were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including bacon, mushrooms, eggs, pastries, and fruit such as watermelon, melon, and oranges. You could also order espresso or cappuccino. It was a short but very pleasant and relaxing stay. We'd definitely come back.
