This is a residential block of flats with some AL (Short Term Rental) accommodation, rather than a hotel. Different owners host different units, so the furnishings and equipment vary. It’s a short walk to the riverside area and around a 15-minute walk to Praia de Rocha. Several major food stores are within 600m. The market, City Hall municipal offices, and many banks are also easy to reach on foot.

The host got the apartment ready in just a day, even though we booked at extremely short notice. It was lovely and clean, with everything you could need. We really liked sitting and relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. The pool looked very clean, though we didn’t get a chance to use it.
