The rooms feel fresh and modern, with plenty of light from the big windows, and everything was very clean. We also loved how welcoming the staff were. 5ª Vigia is right in one of Porto de Mós's central gardens, which makes the location especially good. I'd happily recommend staying here.

We slept so well here. It was quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms are roomy too, and the staff were lovely and ready to help. From the hotel there's a beautiful view of the castle, with the park nearby. Great service, would absolutely recommend.

We couldn't sleep because a local festival about 100 m from the hotel had loud music going all night, until 5 a.m. We were there with two kids, so it was a serious problem. The hotel didn't tell us about the festival beforehand. I think guests should be warned, since knowing about a whole sleepless night matters for their comfort. The hotel's position was treated as the guest's problem if they hadn't heard about the festival. I'd avoid this place at least during the first week of July, unless the festival is what you're coming for. I also don't understand all the positive reviews. The price didn't feel justified by what we got: the pillows were so high I couldn't use them to sleep, the beds weren't comfortable, and there was no bottled water or kettle in the room. Breakfast was very basic, with no hot dishes.

We had a lovely view of the castle from the window. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and park close by.

The host was brilliant, and breakfast was really nice. They even put together a gluten-free breakfast for me, which was a great bonus. It's close to restaurants and cafés too. Definitely recommend staying here in Porto de Mos.
