12 Short Term

The location was good, and I personally would book here again, as long as I arrived during the accepted check-in hours. We told them we'd get there at 12:30 pm, but that was outside their arrival schedule, so we had to pay an extra 40€. I don't think the extra cost was worth it. During our five nights, there was plenty of hot water whenever we needed it. The room was clean, about 7.5/10 for me. The floors creaked a lot, though it wasn't a big problem personally. The body towel was on the small side but usable. We ran short of toilet paper, but they gave us more when we asked.

The room was spacious, quiet, and private, and we liked having a lovely patio. The air conditioning worked well, too. But this was one of the most disappointing stops on our fairly long trip. The shower stall was tiny, and we discovered the drain was clogged when water started flooding the bathroom. Internet was almost nonexistent: the network didn't reach our room, and even where reception was good in the common areas, the connection was so poor I could barely send an email. The listing says laundry is available, but it isn't. Reception was unattended much of the time. That usually wouldn't bother me, but it made check-in and dealing with our shower problem harder. The only way to contact anyone was through Booking.com messages.

The location was nice and the room was spacious, but the main bedroom needs more privacy. It would also be better with a kettle, coffee machine, and washing machine.

There's a small terrace, and the room was clean enough, with clean sheets and a bathroom that was fine to use. The staff were kind when we arrived, but nobody answered when we called twice, two hours earlier. Watch out for the two entrances, one at no. 75 and another at the far right. We wandered around right in front of the place for a few minutes before spotting the tiny sign! The location is good, and the stay was okay overall.
