The worst part was being woken by four or five workers tearing down the support for the stairs. I expected at least that to be handled better. Inside, the service was poor, and there was nowhere in the bathroom to put anything. The curtains let sunlight through too. Bad experience, I’d avoid it.

Everything was really well organized when I went with my family and friends on 15/11/25. I hope I can come back someday.

The street is very quiet, and there’s usually room in the small parking lot at the end of it. The apartments are comfortable for a few days, though you can hear some noise from the building’s structure. It’s a little far from the city center, but Campaña station is close, and the metro gets you into the center in about 15 minutes.

The location is the only good thing. There’s no ventilation, and the extractor fan is broken. The living room and kitchen are so dark you have to keep the lights on. The apartment is very damp, with mold on the curtains and walls and a musty smell that won’t go away. Noise from upstairs kept us awake for several nights. There were no pots or pans, and the toaster didn’t work. Very disappointed, avoid it.

The place was clean and smelled lovely, I really liked it. You can hear the upstairs neighbor walking and talking, though.
