Casa Rosa

We were a quick walk from the main city center, right in the heart of Porto. Our room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchen, stove, and fridge. Housekeeping comes every other day, but fresh towels arrived quickly when we asked. When our safe had a problem, the hotel responded and sent someone to fix it right away. Luggage storage was handy too. There’s no elevator, so with large bags I’d ask for a lower floor. We skipped breakfast because it seemed overpriced and went instead to a local café three minutes up the street that opened early.

The rooftop patio was nice, and the location near Balhao Mercado was good. The room was small, with a poorly equipped kitchen. The bagged breakfasts weren’t for me, and it cost too much for what you get.

The street has parking, and there’s also a nearby private lot. The accommodation was clean, spacious, quiet, well equipped, well located, and easy to get to. Ten stars!

The room was very spacious, with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, and each guest even got a bathrobe. The apartments are in an excellent spot for exploring Porto on foot. Breakfast could have included boiled eggs. Our room wasn’t cleaned until we asked on the fourth day, and then the cleaner came in while we were still there.
