We stayed at the City Blossom apartment on the first floor, at Praça do Coronel Pacheco 65, Porto, Portugal. Awful experience. The apartment stank of must as soon as we opened the door, and only one window opened to air it out. THE SMELL IS AWFUL. The washing machine didn't work. I read the whole 92-page manual online and still couldn't get it running. I called the contact number and was on hold for 37 minutes before they said they'd file an emergency ticket. We came back and nobody had shown up, and there was no email or update. I called again, waited 27 minutes, then they hung up on me. I tried repeatedly after that but never got through. Our clothes were wet and soiled, we were tired and leaving the next day, and nobody seemed to care. There was no internet, just Wi-Fi that connected without internet access. The hot water ran out after one shower, so the next person had to wait for it to heat again. We also had none of the basics like dish soap, salt, oil, or vinegar for salad. Terrible place and experience, with awful management. RUN.
