The hotel is in a calm, good location near the market, with lots of places to eat. A short walk gets you to transport for the historic centre. We had a spacious, clean room with nice decor, and the whole concept is very well thought out. Service was good and the employees were lovely. Breakfast had a good range, and although the dining room was small, it felt cosy.

Good value for money, with comfortable, well-equipped rooms and easy public transport access to both the city centre and airport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. There are good options for breakfast and dinner too. What more could you ask for?

We loved being attached to the big food court. The staff were helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had nice amenities. Great hotel.

A lovely hotel in a great spot, with friendly staff and nice rooms. There's a quiet, pleasant shopping mall right next door, plus lots of cafes and places to eat nearby.

We had a lovely stay in this clean, nicely themed hotel. The room and the rest of the place were immaculate, the service was friendly, and the shower was superb. The bathroom is part of the main room, although the shower and toilet each have their own door. There are plenty of food and drink choices in the attached market. The hotel bar area was nice, and there was a live pianist for much of our stay. The Pavarotti bar itself was always unmanned, though, so we never got to use it. The pianists often seemed to be playing to an empty room, which felt a bit sad. Breakfast was fine, but only just adequate. The tourist centre is a 20-30 minute walk away, or an easy bus ride. With the good food options, spotless rooms and public transport links, it's a lovely place to stay.
