The location was excellent, and the place was nice. The staff were very kind and available, and the room was cleaned in the morning. At check-in they shared lots of tips for enjoying Porto. It was pretty noisy at night because of a brewery on the road, but it’s something you can put up with, or head downstairs and join the crowd :)

Kubik Rupik was spotlessly kept and in a very convenient area. I met some lovely people there, and the welcome felt warm from the moment I arrived. Katherina and Pedro helped me settle in, and Pedro especially took time to share details and history about Porto. I’d definitely stay there again on my next visit.

It took me about three years to finally write the review I promised, but this place deserves it. My friend and I had plenty of space, and everything was clean. The owner was patient, funny, quick with a joke, and knew a lot. He and his wife were exceptionally kind, helpful, and full of useful information. I’d highly recommend staying here.

For about 20 euros as a Camino walker, you get a great stay in Porto and help finding the right places to see. They really go out of their way for guests. Offer a little port and you’ll hear some fascinating stories...
