The kitchen clock looks lovely, but the battery needs replacing because it doesn't work. I also found the artificial plants unnecessary. They collect dust and don't really suit the decor. We couldn't work out how to turn on the ceramic hob, and there wasn't enough information about it. The cleaning could have been more thorough, including dealing with the corrosion caused by Porto's humidity. We also had to ask for some missing cleaning supplies. They sorted that out within 48 hours, though I wish it had been quicker. For what each person pays, the place is otherwise good, and I had a positive experience. With more care for these details it could have been excellent. When guests need something, though, the response could be faster for the price.
