Liiiving in Porto Boavista Delight Studio

I felt unsafe and unsupported after a theft inside one of Liiiving’s apartments while their cleaning staff had entered. Their access logs confirmed the timing, but they quickly refused responsibility without trying to investigate or help. The security is poor, with shared codes, no internal locks, and no CCTV. The code was wrong at one point and I got stuck in the building. After the incident, they seemed more concerned with protecting themselves than supporting the guest who had been robbed by their cleaning staff. I’ve never felt this unsafe with a host. Future guests, please think twice.
