The staff were really friendly, and we had plenty of room, a clean space, a handy little kitchen and a nice shower. The bakery downstairs does lovely Pastel de nata, too. There's no air conditioning, but the fan in the room worked fine for us. You can hear some traffic from the busy road outside, which comes with being in the city.

We only spent one night here, so we didn't get much use out of the full kitchen, but the coffee and tea for breakfast were a nice touch. The house is old, though the decor feels modern and appealing, and there's a very good bakery next door that opens at 7 am. We were two couples in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite on the second floor, right in central Porto. Before we arrived, communication was prompt and easy. The owner greeted us and parked our car in the garage on the first floor, which made us feel welcome and comfortable. For the quality and price, we highly recommend this apartment to friends travelling to Porto.

The apartment has a good location and size, plus free parking. Those are the positives. The rest feels very budget: thin, greyish-white towels, a shower that feels like camping, poor sound insulation, and no number to call for check-in. I'd look at other places in the same price range.

The room and bathroom were decent, and parking is right on site. The hosts were very affable, too. It's especially well placed for wandering among the many restaurants, bars and cafes. For the price, I couldn't have asked for more. Well done, Kyle, the hospitality industry could use more entrepreneurs like you.

The apartment is a decent size and has WiFi, but that's where the good points stop. It's very dark, even in daytime, and the concrete all around makes the place feel gloomy, like rain is coming when the sun's out. It's also quite dirty and old, and could use renovation. The air conditioner doesn't work. Opening the window brings in so much noise that it wakes you up. The location is fairly good, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.
