A cottage up in Porto's upper town. The bed was good, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped.

It's a little away from the main tourist areas, but that's the only downside. The place is new, clean, and well equipped, and it's in a safe area. Public transport or Uber/Bolt make getting around easy and inexpensive.
