We had a nice stay, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very central, with attractions roughly 10-20 minutes away. In the afternoon, there was complimentary tea, coffee, and pastries, a lovely little extra. Sleep was disrupted by street noise from the bars opposite our bedroom. The air conditioning controls seemed locked to the central system, so we couldn't adjust it and the room got quite warm. We had to open the window, which let in even more noise. Still, I'd return, but I'd ask for a quieter room and skip breakfast, which felt overpriced for what was offered.

The location is the hotel's best feature. I was excited to stay after reading the reviews, but the experience fell short of what I expected. I was looking forward to the view from the rooftop, then found out it only opens at certain times during summer. They hadn't told me that beforehand. There are no common areas, either. For the price, the room felt basic. I think you can find somewhere better for the same money. It wasn't terrible, but I don't think it was worth the rate.

Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. On arrival, two very professional gentlemen greeted us. The room could have used hand soap and face cloths, and there weren't enough desks or tables for our things. Housekeeping also came in without knocking while I was getting ready to leave. One other thing, they don't accept AMEX.

It's very central, with enough restaurants in walking distance to eat somewhere different for every meal over a week. The staff were good, and the rooms clean and comfortable. They also left a small welcome gift and drink. You can hear things very clearly outside your room door, though it's usually quiet.

We had a fantastic 10/10 stay at hotel moon & sun in Porto Portugal. Leo, Niketa, and the rest of the team were so friendly and made our visit special. Great location near local bars, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and even had a Bluetooth speaker, which was a cool touch. Highly recommend if you're visiting Porto! :)
