Getting our suitcases up three flights of stairs was quite a struggle. There's no lift or help, and the apartments are a five-minute walk from the main office along cobbled streets. The rooms were very small and, without aircon, the apartment turned into a sweltering heat box. There was one little floor fan, but all it did was blow the hot air at you. We were disappointed.

A lovely, clean apartment in a central spot, handy for exploring Porto.

The apartments were cozy, nice, and well located.

Getting in with the code was easy, and they let us into the apartment four hours early, which made things much easier after our flight. The place was spacious and modern, fully equipped, and comfortably furnished, with a large kitchen and bathroom. I'm absolutely thrilled with everything.

The room itself was nice, but it wasn't clean. Some cutlery had been used, and the beds hadn't been made. The worst part was having breakfast chosen for us. We should have been able to decide. I didn't eat the breakfast baguette in Portugal, so bring it to me in Italy.
