OportoView Prestige Apartment

I can’t comment on the apartment itself because I never made the trip. My father was hospitalized a week before we were supposed to leave for Holy Week, and I tried to tell the owner about the personal emergency. He never appeared or returned my calls. He handled everything through another person, then stopped answering messages too. Even after I explained what had happened and sent proof of the hospitalization, he refused to cancel the reservation and kept half of what I’d paid. I don’t know what the apartment is like, but I found the owner lacking in humanity, empathy, and professionalism. He should at least answer calls and messages himself. Money isn’t everything.
