I had an incredibly disappointing stay. The room was filthy and poorly kept. The sheets had little black spots, the duvet had visible cigarette burns, and the lighting was broken. The whole place felt unhygienic. We had to leave the key outside the unattended reception desk whenever we went out, which made us worry about security. Staff offered to move us after I raised the problems, but the other room was just as bad. We ended up leaving and booking somewhere else at our own expense. I booked because the Agoda reviews were generally positive. Afterward, I checked Google and found similar complaints. That inconsistency felt misleading and unacceptable. For the same price, it's easy to find cleaner, safer accommodation that meets basic hospitality standards. I can't recommend this place.

The place is older, but the photos show what to expect, so I don't know why people complain. The grannys who run it are super friendly and want you to have a great stay. My room was clean and had everything I needed. It felt much more real than those artificial Airbnb apartments. The location is amazing, right in the city, and the price is great too.

I stayed here from 29.08 to 2.09.23. I know it was a while ago, but I want to warn other guests: the place was full of bed bugs, and from more recent reviews, it seems not much has improved. I was badly bitten, and it ruined the rest of my holiday. When I raised the issue with Booking.com, I got only 25 Euro back, even though medical treatment and doctors' visits cost more than 180 EUR. The owners were really dismissive when I brought it up and laughed in my face. The only plus was the location. Be careful and consider avoiding it.

My stay and the price-quality ratio would have been fine if the place had been clean. The bathrooms generally weren't very clean, and my bed was full of bed bugs. I showed one of the employees and was able to change rooms, but I was already covered in bite marks. I'd suggest paying a bit more to stay somewhere else and at least get a clean bed.
