We chose this hotel to keep our trip affordable, and it really helped us do that. It’s a great price in a handy location, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in our room. Staff were kind and friendly, and we could check in early since the room was ready when we arrived. Someone is at the desk around the clock, so we could always get our room key after exploring. They keep the door keys there so they don’t get lost. My husband and I would happily stay again. Obrigada!

I’ve stayed here a few times on my short one- or two-day visits to Porto. The rooms are simple but decent, and for the price they’re well worth it.

They let me check in early, then later tried to charge me for an extra night. That’s unacceptable. If early arrival wasn’t allowed, they should have put up a sign. I would’ve simply found another place. Penalizing me, or their own workers, for their incompetence isn’t right, especially over a “thrashy” 25€, as they put it. In the end, they charged the worker the fine. If it’s only some thrashy 25€, why make your worker pay it? They should treat both staff and guests much better. It’s shameful, and the world is worse with you acting like this. BURGUÊS SAFADO!

It’s in a very good location and the hotel is really clean. Best of all, the owner is a lovely lady ❤️❤️❤️ My son almost cried when it was time to say goodbye to her. I recommend it 100%.

The owner is a truly wonderful woman 🥰, and everyone on staff was lovely, from the cleaning lady to the night watchman. The hotel was spotless and right in the center. I highly recommend it 😉
