Camões 691 Design Apartments by Porto City Hosts

The apartment is new and very well equipped, with restaurants and other services nearby. It’s about a two-minute walk from Faria Guimarães metro station, which makes it easy to visit other parts of Porto and the surrounding area. You can also reach Porto’s historic center on foot in about five minutes. Excellent location!

The beds were excellent and very comfortable, and the view was fantastic. The bathroom also had beautiful tiles. The place was okay, but quite sparsely furnished, with low sinks and walls that could use a fresh coat of paint. There weren’t enough dishes for six people, and especially in Porto, it was disappointing not to have wine glasses. With some renovation, this could be a great holiday spot.

The apartment was well equipped overall and easy to access. We stayed in the one facing the street, but the bedroom didn’t face the road, so evening noise wasn’t a problem. It’s in a quiet residential area, with the city center about a 15-minute walk away and the metro just two minutes on foot. There’s a direct metro line to the airport, and the station is an eight-minute walk away.

The apartment was spotless and just right for two. We spent a lovely week in Porto, visiting the historic centre, the beaches and the beautiful Douro River. It’s right in the centre, about a five-minute walk from downtown.
