We spent hours waiting outside because the hosts didn’t respond, even though we had three different phone numbers for them. Communication was completely absent. Once we finally got in, the sheets were dirty and the hosts refused to give us clean ones. They expected us to sleep in them, which showed no regard for basic hygiene. After we’d complained for a few hours, they offered to move us to another apartment. At first its heating didn’t work. Several hours later a weak fan heater finally started, but the apartment was extremely cold, and without it we wouldn’t have been able to sleep. The room itself was dirty too, with hair all over the shower. There wasn’t even a refrigerator, which is ridiculous for what we paid. When we raised these problems, the hosts dismissed us and played word games, saying, “I haven’t received that message.” They deliberately give out different phone numbers, which seems like a way to avoid responsibility. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve had. The place feels like a scam, run by hosts who don’t care about guests. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
