The patio is beautiful and full of plants. It’s a small, cozy, reasonably priced place in a good location, with all the basic amenities. Just be aware of the late arrival fees: €10 after 11:00 pm, or €20 after midnight. The staff are very friendly.
We had a private bathroom and the room with a cute little inner yard, perfect for having coffee. The room was clean and nice, with all the essentials for a short stay. The host was lovely and very responsive. After a long night of flights, they let us check in early, and their daughter met us in person with the keys. She was such a sweet girl. Everything of interest is only minutes away from this very central spot. So glad we chose it, thank you 🙏 Totally recommend!
A really clean place with spacious rooms, well located just a few minutes from Igreja dos Clérigos.
We went in March, when it wasn’t crowded, and got an excellent price. The room was beautiful, the best we found while travelling around Portugal. It was clean, fairly central, quiet, and in a safe area, with a bus stop right outside. A very kind lady checked us in in person and spoke English, which isn’t always a given. There were soft robes, slippers, a kettle, and teabags, plus a small private garden at the back that was so relaxing. I can only speak highly of it!
