Right from the start, the reception staff were friendly and professional. Lautaro answered all our questions efficiently and kindly, and the care they put into service was clear. We had an excellent experience at the apartment and would definitely recommend it.

Luz, Paulo, and everyone on staff were kind and helpful whenever we needed them. The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped with accessories, and very comfortable. It’s also in a great spot for walking around and seeing the city. Everything was wonderful, thanks so much!

The studio was great and the price felt well worth it. It was like new, with a really comfortable bed, and the staff communicated well and were helpful. The location was ideal, and we loved the place. The downside was the narrow stairs. That’s common in historic-center buildings without elevators, but our room was on the 1st floor, which is actually the 2nd, and it worked out to a third floor. It took 20+ steps to the first landing, then another 20+ to studio 2.

Youropo’s service was excellent, and we especially appreciated all the help from Nuno and Rafaela. The apartment was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. ❤️
