Both rooms at YOUROPO Bolhão were lovely, full of character, and spacious, with a little sitting area and kitchenette that included a washer-dryer. The third-floor room had very high ceilings, large windows facing the market, and plenty of daylight, though street noise could bother light sleepers. Our fourth-floor room looked out the back and was quieter, but got less sun through its smaller windows. The central spot made getting around easy, including a quick train ride from the airport and public transit nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. My dad, who is very old and has back problems, found the bed too soft. The staff went above and beyond to help with his unusual request, and I’m very grateful. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely come back to Porto.

Nuno was so helpful and quick to answer whenever we had questions about Porto or the property. We had a lovely time in Portugal, and the location was perfect. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Nuno and the team took great care of us, from bringing extra blankets to arranging reservations and letting us extend our stay. The rooms were nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. We had a great stay.

Just left this morning and wanted to say how lovely the accommodation was. The building is beautiful and well maintained, everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was gorgeous and comfortable. The facilities felt carefully considered and high quality. The staff were also incredibly helpful. I’d happily recommend your company for a Porto visit. Thank you so much.

Our train arrived late, but the staff kindly started our registration and held our bags so we could hurry off to our port tasting. When we returned, everything had been safely brought up to our suite. The place is arranged with taste and is very comfortable. Emily Azuaje helped us book an Uber, suggested a good direction for breakfast, and answered our questions about how to get to some of the sights we wanted to see. Everyone was helpful and professional. Obrigada!
