Fresh oranges and herbs grow right there, and there are bikes and wetsuits to borrow. The big shared kitchen is great for proper cooking or a traditional midday meal with friends. Those are just some of the extra touches. I stayed in one of the chalets, and you can tell Duarte really cares for the place. He was a gracious, accommodating host and very friendly. My first trip to the Açores was unforgettable, and this place felt like home while I was there. A peaceful, idyllic spot just outside Praia da Vitoria, and such a good price. Thank you!!!

It's quiet and relaxing, close to everything, and great value. The host was great too. He knows the best restaurants and places to visit, and there's a car available to rent.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could need, even guitars! Duarte is so attentive and caring, making sure you know your way around the Island and have found what you need before he lets you go. Such a pleasure to stay in the most beautiful place on the Island) 👌👍🌴
