Loved the breakfast, too. This was the most beautiful hotel we stayed at during our two weeks in Portugal, with a Scandinavian feel mixed with a Maine beach house.

Breakfast was such a treat every morning, with fresh fruit, cake, and all sorts of goodies. We couldn't wait to get up and eat again! You can also make your own food if you like, though the nearby restaurants were too good to miss. We stayed three nights and loved everything, from the rooms to the breakfast and hostess. The rooms were cleaned daily, even though they were already spotless, and it was lovely coming 'home' to that fresh smell. We'd love to come back and stay even longer. We recommend it so much!

We loved both the place and the village, and hope to return soon. The B&B is very nice and offers everything in really good quality. We stayed in the loft apartment, which was nearly perfect. The one downside was hearing the footsteps of the neighbors living above whenever they walked around. If you don't mind getting up early, it shouldn't be a problem. Everything else was perfect.

The owners clearly enjoy what they do, and Pauliina was super helpful. She gave me tips for local restaurants and places to stay on my next stop. The village is small, so everything is within walking distance, and the location worked well. I slept like a baby in a wide, comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and in mint condition, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of healthy choices and a hot pot of really good coffee. The recently renovated building seems carefully planned and finished. The walls and windows keep out noise and heat, and the modern heater works efficiently and quietly. In my experience, places in Portugal can be roughly right, but here everything was right. If I come back to this village, I know where I'll stay.
