Quinta Da Cabrita

Such a lovely family runs this place. It’s a real find out in the countryside, and the quality is amazing. Highly recommend!

The pool area had a radio playing loudly around the clock, including at night. When I get away to somewhere like this, I want some quiet and to hear nature, and music all day and night really spoiled that for me. The farm and room are beautiful and pleasant, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The mattress was a little too soft for my taste, though it was still comfortable overall. Cleaning was good, but details such as the dish cupboards could use a bit more attention. Breakfast could also be managed better. It would help to ask guests which of the included items they actually want, so things can be adjusted and less food wasted.

Breakfast was something special, and the staff were so kind. The grounds include a large park, a children’s play area, and a pool. The property has a central building with a games room, plus separate little houses, each looked after down to the last detail. It feels like stepping into the past, while still having all the comforts you need. And the beautiful fireplace is the cherry on top.
