Casa Do Antonio

Dalila deserves a special mention. She was a fantastic tour guide, knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at speaking English. Her full-day tour covered the island’s major highlights. Since my grandparents were born on the island, it meant a lot that she took time to talk with locals about my family. That made the tour feel personal and meaningful. Casa de Antonio itself is quaint and charming, with a welcoming feel and Antonio’s artistic design throughout. The water views were beautiful and relaxing, especially from the breakfast patio, and everything was within walking distance. Breakfast had what we needed to start the day, and the coffee machine became a lovely morning ritual.

I really appreciated having gluten-free breakfast options, and there were always fruit, pastries, and infusions available. Filomena and Antonio were kind and helpful. The B&B felt cosy, clean, and welcoming, and it’s close to the port. Thanks so much!

The breakfast had lots of choices, and the rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable. There’s also a lovely enclosed courtyard where you can sit and read. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended!

The receptionist is cute. We were there to sleep rather than watch TV, so the old set was fine. Beds, breakfast, and service were all okay, though the beds weren’t as good as at many other hotels. Reception was almost always empty, so we had to call someone. There was just one outdoor breakfast table, though it had a lovely view of pico.
