Lidia's home is such a great find, not far from Punta Delgado. The gardens have clearly taken years to create, and the house has so many authentic details, from the wraparound porch to the ceilings and furniture. Set high on a hill with the ocean behind it, the place is so pleasant. We felt at home right away, thanks to the spacious house, the warm hosts, and how impeccably clean and well cared for the house and gardens were. We highly recommend it.

A quiet retreat with Ponta Delgada’s bustle nearby. The large, two-storey house has been beautifully restored and tastefully furnished, with a spacious garden full of local and exotic plants and flowers, plus lots of fruit trees. Highly recommended.

Great for a holiday with friends, with lots of room, a lovely garden, and an amazing view.

The place feels like it's falling apart. The beds were uncomfortable, and there was a strange smell. Disappointing.
