Angela looked after us from day one, and she was especially lovely. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and the scenery around the place was stunning. We enjoyed our stay so much and would happily return if we're in the area again. Breakfast was made fresh with a good variety, and dinner was delicious too. Dinner is only served to guests staying there. Such warm hospitality, we'd definitely recommend it.

We loved the dinners and wished we could have stayed longer. Pedro and his team were so attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout. The rooms and facilities have a quiet, understated quality to them. The place feels like a beautiful oasis among old chestnut, lemon, and orange trees.

A lovely pool, great food, and really good service made this a great place to switch off. You can order from the menu and have the food brought to the pool. Dinner was delicious, though a bit pricey. With this level of service, the price feels fair. We'll be back.

The staff were superb, always smiling and ready to help with anything. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing, and with just 8 rooms it seems perfect for a weekend with a big family. If you get the chance, go kayaking on Bestança River. It's quiet, not crowded, and the views of the villas along the river are unbelievable.
