The place was so lovely that leaving was hard. My fiancé picked it for a chance to unwind, and he got it just right. I’ve been in Portugal since October, and out of all the Airbnbs and hotels I’ve stayed in, this was easily the cleanest. It’s beautiful too, with a peaceful setting that’s still close to the lively spots. The hosts know the area well and made me feel at home, especially over the amazing breakfast. I’d happily recommend it for a getaway, and we’ll definitely come back.

The breakfast Innes made each morning was the highlight. It began with cereals, seeds, yoghurts, fresh rolls, pastries and beautifully arranged fresh fruit, followed by a different special cooked dish each day. She clearly loves cooking, and we doubt you’ll find a better breakfast anywhere. Innes was welcoming, friendly and full of useful information throughout our stay. Our sea-view room had the private balcony we’d booked, wonderful views along the coast and plenty of space. Since it’s on a minor road, it was as quiet as you could expect.

You can hear the waves from the balcony, since it’s right by the sea. The hosts were lovely, the place was spotless, and breakfast each morning was incredible. There’s a nice shared area, and they provide beach chairs and parasols. We can’t wait to come back.

The breakfast was some of the best food we tried in Portugal, and little extras like complimentary beach towels made the stay even nicer. The rooms and shared spaces were thoughtfully designed and spotless. We really enjoyed our time here. Such a lovely place to stay.
