Sesimbra Oceanfront Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Snacks and drinks were great too. Our room on the 10th floor had a lovely view, and the hotel was spacious, spotless, and smelled fresh. I also had a wonderful massage from a very kind lady. My husband’s deep tissue massage with a male therapist didn’t meet expectations, though. The hotel could give that service a little more attention. I really don’t understand how anyone could complain about this place.

Catarina and Fábio were a real highlight of our visit. Their humor, upbeat energy, and warmth made them a joy to be around, and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The whole team was welcoming and ready to help, with service that was outstanding from beginning to end. They’re a great example of hospitality.

The fridge had a lot of mould, the walls were cracked, and the balcony wasn’t very clean. Breakfast was limited, though still healthy. The rest of our stay was good, and we’d definitely return. The weather was terrible while I was there, so I missed out on a lot, but I’m from the UK, so a storm doesn’t bother me that much, haha. I loved that housekeeping knocked each day and politely asked if we wanted the room cleaned. The cleaning itself was perfect. Dinner service was lovely every time, especially from Fabio and Storm, I think her name rhymes with “orm.” She was so attentive at every meal and knew what we wanted. I’ll miss her accommodating service. Also, I love the butter served with dinner bread. What kind is it?

The pool has a view of the ocean, and our bedroom was lovely. The facilities are great, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s a superb hotel in a great location. Breakfast was decent. Parking can be a bit difficult, so ask reception about it. We went in April 26 for reference.
